Foot-and-mouth disease (real name Lee Joon-hee), accused of threatening YouTuber Tzuyang (real name Park Jung-won) to extort tens of millions of won, was sentenced to three years in prison in the first trial, but he expressed pain that he is still suffering from false facts and conspiracy theories.
In an interview with JTBC News on the 21st, Tzuyang said, “The second offense is being committed, from the rumor of Chinese espionage to political involvement,” adding, “I’ve never been to China, and I really have nothing at all. If you relate to me in relation to politics, I don’t even understand what you’re talking about,” he confessed.
Tzuyang said, “I’m playing the victim’s costume.He said, “It’s strange that the prosecution is moving so fast that it has something to do with you,” adding, “I have no choice but to feel like he just wants to kill me somehow.”
“One thing I can tell you the truth is that I have never harmed anyone or done anything bad,” Tzuyang said. “It was much more difficult when YouTubers threatened me with my personal life than when I was assaulted by my ex-boyfriend.”
Tzuyang, who had no choice but to disclose his personal history to correct the sensational rumors and false facts surrounding him, said, “I actually didn’t want to disclose it too much, but when they created such rumors, I had no choice but to disclose it.”
On the previous day, Judge Park Ryeo of the Suwon District Court sentenced YouTuber foot-and-mouth disease to three years in prison and lawyer Choi to two years in prison. The principal judge was sentenced to one year in prison with three years of probation and 160 hours of community service, Caracula was sentenced to one year in prison with three years of probation and 240 hours of community service, and Crocodile was fined 5 million won.
The foot-and-mouth disease and lawyer Choi, who had been released on bail during the trial and remained without detention, were immediately arrested in court after the sentence.
